In china, they call a kid "the little emperor" cause with 1 child and the parents/grandparents all basically worship that kid.
Spoke with a university advisor few years ago when my wife was going there, older lady who was a phd with husband whos a doc, upper middle class lifestyle, very nice, they said they made life plans so the kids fit into THEIR schedule. basically they said people worship kids too much and parents don't need to bend backwards for their kids 100% of time....interesting....their kids are like all lawyers and doctors today.....guess it can work.....

I can attest to what Majofo is saying...
and I have done some dumb shit with my kid...but never with the intent of anything bad happening to her.
We live and we learn and it's hard to decide where the line gets drawn on what is dumb shit you should
be able to learn from with your kid and what isn't...especially by someone that isn't the kid and isn't the
parent.
Basically, imagine if DCF was called in on our parents...I mean, remember when smoking in the car with
kids was a thing? Or pushing you hard as fuck on the swing set? What if you fell? You are an unfit parent!
Before you know it, you'll have your kids taken for letting them go to a party where they were serving trail
mix knowing before hand that they have a nut allergy. Fuckin attempted murder!

Partying till 2 AM nah you’ll be up at 2 AM because your kid is sick or teething.oh you want to take that trip to Europe, better go before the kid is 2. Daycare yea, switch to swing shift or something. I have friend who put themselves first over their kid, it’s a damn shame. All these electronics shoes and cars, does your kid play a sport, man it’s too expensive. I look at them like wtf, well if you stopped buying shoes and shit. I had one friend say “I buy my kid shoes too.” Bruh your kid is 3 they grow out of shoes so fast, take that 70 dollars and get them into some activity.

Thought she didn’t hear me, bruh she must have came around the corner with that belt. Tore my ass up!!!! I couldn’t turn around or get into the tub quick enough. Then what made it wurst was she made me take a bath right after.

My aunt was the wurst. She had belts everywhere back of the couch, in the drawer, bathroom you name it, it was there. She would have one right in between the seat cushion. My cousins would do something stupid. You hear crying screaming and mommy I’m sorry, I’m sorry. Then my other cousin be like fuck I’m next.
