Dark roast coffee and condensed milk...that's it. If you choose the drip format, go for it. Otherwise, extra strong brewed coffee...a la condensed milk...that does the trick.

One of the things I miss about working at the office is this pho place we used to go to. I'd swing by from time to time just to get a coffee. They make a damn fine cup that just absolutely slams your eyelids open.

Just watch out for that pho king sambal! One minute you're trying to spice up that bland ass soup, next thing you know you are crying in a pho king restaurant and your visibility is significantly impaired

I watched The Grinch with the family last month and it's really got me thinking. Like, the whole premise is about the Grinch stealing Christmas from the Whos... Which means they celebrate Christmas. So in that universe, is there some sort of Whovian Jesus that was born and got crucified for their sins? Is there a Whovian holy-trinity? Are there other continents of darker skinned Whos that more accurately depict how Who-Jesus would have actually looked? And would it stand to reason that there are Who-Jews and Who-Muslims? Was there a Whovian holy war? Who-Hitler?
Fuck, it got really heavy for a kids movie man. Just really fucked me up.

Got a new Organic French Roast coffee bean from @Costco . Had some left over Assam milk tea from the weekend so decided to just brew up some covfefe and add it to the milk tea to have my own black and tan 
I'm going to start drinking this french roast with coconut condensed milk a la @Yumcha 's suggestion instead of the Highlands coffee blend so i minimize my dairy-induced 
and let my wife drink the rest of it.

My marinade covers all the bases: vodka, soy sauce, worcestershire, steak sauce, and hoisin. It's good on steak, or you can just drink it before beating the family.
