Speaking of poor Tobey...
I made tacos yesterday because it was taco night. I keep getting these oddball recipes popping up in my news feed and will make one from time to time. Last night it was roasted cauliflower and lentil tacos.
Surprisingly, it was actually quite tasty. I've been on a big baked cauliflower kick lately in general. Just toss some cut up cauliflower with olive oil and some seasoning, and bake it for ~30 minutes (425°F) and damn... That shit is good. Once it starts to get browned and crispy...
