The 3G Ramblings & General Discussion Thread (ʎluO sɹǝsoo7)
@Harper How the fuck are you? I mean aside from making a good move on the truck.
Dude, trans on the 15 'Burban went but with the used car market, it didn't make sense not to fix it...damn thing is probably still worth 32K.

with somewhat "lifetime" fluid before giving up the ghost. If I'm golden for another
150 or more...I will have no issue with that...solid ass truck inside and out and under it.
Other than that...I'm doing well...life is happening and I'm enjoying the ride.
Model Y is nice...no 100 fillups but that down payment is a bitch.
My profile pic is still relevant as it's still my dd. kay MOM... leave me alone ughgghgghh
My little frontier made it 200k miles before needing a rebuild. Currently at 239k.
I thought the GM trans would last longer than that, guess not. How much did the rebuild cost?
Model Y would be nice if they didn't keep changing the delivery dates every few days.
6L80's have some inherent issues that a rebuild address...made it 137K miles

@Harper $2500 with fluids for a completely upgraded and gone through unit from streetsmart transmissions...delivered to a shop.
I paid another 1100 for install and trans cooler, rear main seal etc etc...programming...I expect it to last indefinitely. I opted to not
put it in myself because the rebuild place offers install cost warranty if this unit has an issue.

I hace a whole corner of the garage full of parts, but not enough time or motivation to install them. The mommy mobile gets the job done as is. In fact, I'm close to putting the stock exhaust back on so it's quieter for all the conference calls I do from the road. #BoringWerkLyfeThings

On my frontier it was cheaper due to being manual, $900 rebuild and about $300 for install.
