I think from all the different doctors and tests I did last year has made me into a hypochondriac. Long story short, two months ago I suffered from a UTI. It's uncommon for a male at my age. My GP said it's probably from Orange theory (working out). My GP did urine and blood tests, results came back good. I had some unusual stomach pains and noises while trying to go. I went back to my gastro (who did a colonoscopy 10 months ago and I was completely clean) they told me its my IBS... I ended up going to the hospital, they ran some tests, I went over everything from 2020, they found nothing wrong with my blood and urine only something minor on the Ultrasound. So I saw my surgeon who repaired a fistula that 7 gastros failed to diagnose. I was very concern about the possibility of having one again but with my bladder (thanks Dr. Google).
She assured me it's not likely and my colonoscopy was clean with the biopsies and my surgery was unrelated. She refereed me to the best Urologist in the hospital. Saw him, went over the entire ordeal, showed him my scans ect. He ran a few tests like urine and ultrasound of my kidneys and bladder. Everything was good. He said "see you in 6 months unless you're concern.." I saw him a few days ago because of noises that continue (mostly gas pains near my bladder) he ran another ultrasound and urine test, came back OK but now wants to see inside my bladder to rule out what I'm fearing. No date on the procedure. I told my wife I don't know why this is happening to me. I'm healthy, eat very clean and work out. Granted I gave the gym a break since the UTI but walk 3-4 miles every night. I just hope nothing was missed last year and I pray every night that it's nothing serious.

We're being encouraged to go back into the office now, at least part time. Boss specifically mentioned that we need to wear pants. Pretty sure that was directed to me.

Trust me, it's the very last thing I want. I'm not thrilled about having a camera put up my shaft to look inside my bladder, but if its needed to to give me some peace of mind, it must be done.

Finally decided to try some arm work at the gym last night. Shoulder is feeling a little better but still not right. I was able to muster a wicked awesome 25 lbs bicep curl and tricep extension. That was right at the limit of useful stretch before it started to get painful. #BeastMode #SwoleAF
