Bruh it's called a patty melt

And this way, you can charge $3 more for effectively the item.. Creative framing is key in effective food marketing

I tried a new place with Mrs Wagon on Friday; a little Indian & Nepali joint. Was a kickass meal; unlike most "ethnic" places in my white-bread burbs, they didn't dial back the spice and it showed. Had some leftovers for lunch today. Friggin' good.

Which makes him a Daytime NoShitSherlock. So no need to post during the day.

All I'm doing right now is legs and core. My shoulder is still fucked up and I can't really do much upper body since every motion seems to go through the shoulder.

So I'm becoming the anti-gymbro. Always skipping arms day. Gonna just be meat legs with a pinhead.

But mainly it's a token lower workout and then hit the track. Trying to drop the COVID-13# and get back into cardio shape.

I tell you guys, the One-Punch Man workout works...even without the 10km run.

Sure, you can vary it up a bit by throwing in some sets with some dumbbells but I've been on it since the start of WFH and no gymming...still in shape and have not put on weight.

It's possible my diet and my discipline for meals has an impact but just saying, my wife isn't complaining about it.

it's your food discipline for sure...
everything else is just avoiding having saggy boobs which you can do with calisthenics.

I'm into my 40s now...so, yeah, I have to do what I can with diet. My lunches continue to be "spartan". Had cucumber slices, an apple, and mini-wheats with some 2% milk for lunch.

Dinner is usually anything goes. Last night, we had pulled pig lathered in BBQ sauce a la potato wedges.

Tonight, maybe ordering pizza from Papa Johnny?
