I just downloaded a bunch of broken lizard movies. Already had ST though. watched beerfest last night.

 

Back of the house meaning master bedroom/bath, hallway, guest bath, and 1 light in garage.(on the same wall as guest bath). GFI is included on that circuit I believe. It covers 1 outlet in guest bath, 2 in master bath, 2 in garage, and one in backyard.

It's a 15 amp breaker.

When the problem happens, it doesn't matter if you turn on 1 light, or every light on the circuit, they still flicker. The first time it got so bad that the little desk fan we have in the bedroom was cutting on and off. That was the effed up breaker.

 

I'd check/replace your switches and any light ballasts. I think your lines are probably okay, sounds like a bad switch is overloading the breaker.

there is 1 switch I've been meaning to check , now that you mention it..........
it occasionally makes a small popping noise when turned on.
