I'm thinkin about taking my rims off and cleaning the barrels...any cleaner recomendations that I can pick up at pep boys or somewhere before I take my car apart? lol

If you can find an acid-based wheel cleaner somewhere, go for that. If you do find one, be sure to follow the directions because it's strong stuff. Meguiar's makes one but you have to order it online. Otherwise, a regular wheel cleaner + brushes + elbow grease

Hmm too bad this is a spur of the moment decision or else I would have had time to order something more legit. Oh well. Gonna shin-etsu all the moldings/door panels as well. That stuff worked wonders on my first TL

purple power or super clean always works for me doesnt take too much work to get them clean either
