Crap! I went to go splice into the power wires for the left and right exterior turn signals, and then measured the voltage, and it was only about 0.2V. I need 12V to power the cameras under the side-view mirrors. I have to figure something else out.

I wonder if there is something that I could use to amplify the voltage from 0.2V to about 12V?

Finally made it back to the yard. 22 hours today and 14 yesterday. Looking slow for tomorrow so gonna get to eat again then and see the Fam.
Gotta love oilfield. Spent yesterday with roughnecks and a casing crew. As I have for the last 5 years on Thanksgiving. At least it wasn't 25 degrees and snowing this year.
Good times.
Wacker: I am gonna try and get with you and see about meeting up around December 18th or so. If it works out I am going to come back through Mississippi on my way home from Florida.

I cover a 5 state area for work, so I'll have to see where I am when the time comes, but sounds good.

Also if you right click on one and open image in a new tab it will tell you up in the address if you don't know.

And congrats! I hope you get it! What color? Type-S? Auto/Manual?

I'll have to start stealing from the ITR forum. Totally understand the icons and such. This guy is one with IT. :P
It's a KBP, 78k miles, hoping for 15k 6MT Type-S
http://raleigh.craigslist.org/ctd/3407481201.html
I've got concerns... Headlights, rims, brake calipers and such. That's why I'm going to try for a low price to fix that stuff. Also has coilovers which I'm not fond of ATM.
We'll see how it goes. Waiting to hear back from dealership now.

Find out which coils it has. If they're a decent brand you'll want to keep them. Congrats on finding a KBP Manual. I hope you can beat them down a little bit. Stress that it's been modified and that decreases value.
Can I not edit my posts as a newb user?
What I meant to say was that I'll trade the coils, regardless of good/bad brand for low mileage OEM units. I'll have to wait and see. Guy is sending pics now.

You only have about 10 minutes to edit a post. Once you post it look at the bottom right of that post (usually where it has the "quote" buttons and "Thanks."

Not everybody out here is huge. That show is dumb. One of the rig hands the other day was a 5'4" 130 lb mexican prolly young 20's maybe. But he was putting it down just like the big boys.
There isn't always all that yelling going on in real life. Things are mostly tame down. Not that it can't get wild or out of control out here. I have seen full crews tweaked out of their minds. Guys smoking joints on the side of location. Company man having guns in their trailers.
Shits real in the oilfield. There are def. people that you need to watch your mouth around. People that have been in prison for years and straight up gangsters.
Good times. I am on track to make 130k this year.

Who wants to come over and help me drink - I mean put on my rear camber kit.

Saucey, if you don't know what you're doing, don't mess with it.
I just took mine to a shop lol

Saucy, were you playing that song "I'm on a boat"? Maybe that's why the guns bailed out on you...

What do the holidays represent for you? For me...they represent sextuple stuffed oreos!!!

@ modded Oreos. That is something I need to try out. Babe won't let me get Oreos that often, as I am known to murder half the bag in one sitting.

Not the first time I have installed those. Just not looking forward to a northeastern car and removing toe links. Prolly gonna have to cut the bolt/bushing out again. And that makes me sad.
I was a Honda tech at one point in my life and my buddy was too until Honda here closed.
I do all my own work. My TL has never been to a shop, even with my alignment I was right next to the guy helping him out.
I even did timing belt jobs on my last 4 cars and my dads accord. Done about 4 V6 TB/WP jobs.
Hell I even build my own AR15's from scratch.
I got this young padiwon. hehe
