However, I also realized that I did not go through my usual precursory "warning"...and just outright banhammered the guy. So, partly my fault.

 

So because you didn't post "shuddup or you'll get banned for posting that shit", he got to break numerous site rules and come back from his vacation early?

Dont get me wrong, aside from the shit he pulled in here, I have no problem with him (partly because I havent had any run ins with him). But others have been perma'd for less. JBlueCLS6 and Fries come to mind....Im not trying to stir shit up, nor am I trying to get myself banned again for speaking my mind.

But, the guy should have also learned his lesson...cuz, if he messes up again, it is a permanent vacation.

 

I also had input from an Admin on this matter. It's not like I lifted the ban solely on my own decision...there is a vetting process.
