In New Mexico it is 175.00 2 day class.

I recommend taking the class and filling out a non-resident Florida permit. Good in 34 states

I will be doing the latter method.
I'll definitely check my state laws first. Massachusetts

Thanks for the advice

Want something that is fun and cheap to shoot on a regular basis and the wife wants to start shooting and ironically the 9mm is cheaper to shoot than my .380 is.
Heck, might as well get her a 22. People argue stopping power, but she'll probably dump a whole clip before an assailant can even figure out what is going on.. and by that point, game over. I'd love to shoot a PK380 or PM9. I'd probably only have an effective distance of 10 feet, like holding a wild squirrelly cat.

Can't go wrong with a 45.

The .45 stays loaded and ready to fire. If an assailent came in doors she would only have to pull trigger.

The 9 would be for capacity.

I actually have been looking at .22 pistols just to plink a lot of rounds through and for her to shoot.

I have actually been shooting the ruger 10/22 a bit more lately to save my 5.56 and 7.62 rounds.

Spent all day getting everything for my lower build to be complete. Should be pretty decked out by the time I am done.

About to redo the trigger job on my main AR15 and clean it up a little. Gonna go shooting with the wife next week.

How is vacationing in Canada, what is there to do.

I wouldn't mind checking it out, but my wife wouldn't care for the cold climate.

I guess I get pretty big peanuts

Of course most of my pay comes from overtime. Found out yesterday my boss just put in for a 13% raise for me. And thats outside of what is in place for me to title up and our yearly focal point raise.

I may see high mid 20's per hour by end of year.

I just wanna see the 6 figure mark before the year is up.

Depends on where you go. In the warm months, it is like anywhere else. Come February...eh, I'd stick to where you are.

But, seriously...there are some nice places to see in Canada. I really like Vancouver, Toronto, and Montreal. Good cities. If you like something more natural, head to Banff/Jasper...it is breath-taking. And the drive on the roads is second to none...

The owner of my husbands company is #96 on the forbes 400 richest in america, but couldn't necessarily find the company. Is this one in the same? And talk about peanuts LOL. I wish i could say something bad besides that, but its actually quite the opposite. Pay is "decent" but they are actually really family oriented, constantly holding company outings at amusement parks, sporting events etc. They gave us like $700 cash value worth of stuff for a water park a couple of months ago.

Oil and gas taking 3 of top 5 spots. Imagine that.

I have worked for Conoco. But mainly Devon, Occidental, Chevron, Shell and a bunch of average companies.

By working I mean cementing their wells. I do the same thing like what happened on the BP well in the gulf coast. I am the boss on location when Halliburton makes their presence on a well-site.
