the pics I meant are for the PSF drain and fill. Is it the easy job that you meant is "Too easy of a job to waste time documenting"?

I haven't even thought about doing this. How often should it be done.

I've done the brake fluid, and ATF fluid already. Piece of cake.

Not too bad. Does it when the car is in the garage, temps probably in the 60's

Could be the inlet o-ring but usually it's only in cold temps < 60

Meant ATF. PSF isn't getting done until next week earliest. I can post pics.

Hey when you pull that thing into the garage, does it ask 'is it in yet'?

What's the deal with all the new member threads? Isn't that what the sign in is for? Not a big deal or anything I just hate seeing the new post threads or whatever the term is and 5 out of 10 are the same thing with the same generic welcomes.

1 siq TL, I had that problem like 5-6 months ago when the cold weather started, but it happened a few times when it was just 60-65 degrees out (that's in Celsius) jk. As soon as a change the o ring then the noise was gone. Goodluck

I've been bitching about that for quite some time now. I think there should be an "Introduction" section that makes every new member create a thread. That way all of their shit is quarantined in one section and they get used to searching for info.

I think its an easy way towards their minimum post count etc, so they can start doing stuff. They see 1 thread and think, "I should do that also".

Although this would allow them to do that and get em in another area.

Thanks. I think I'll just look at the fluid to see if it's bubbling the next time I hear the noise. That would confirm the o-ring is bad.

I just noticed that it states that you are the thread starter for this thread. That must be new.

well most of those threads end up dying a few days later. that, or it gets moved to the photography section and it turns into a progress thread.

Yeah, you're strengthening your world record for being without your car the longest after an accident.

will be 4 months on the 25th.

it took a month fighting with insurance.
the car is at a shop, i trust now.
Nspec_4ya recommended it to me. they fix all types of high end cars.

anyway, the insurance company wanted me to pay a 2nd deductible. I said no way.
we fought for a month, then they decided they will cover the repairs with out me paying the deductible.
thats when I transferred the vehicle to the nspec_4ya shop.

the new shop has replaced the rear subframe. but found damage to a crossmember.
when ordering the new crossmember from Acura, Acura kept sending the wrong parts.
this happened several times. because Acura is an idiot and always changing their part #'s etc.
took a couple weeks because of this.

so yesterday, the vehicle has came out of alignment, to show that something else is off.
the insurance adjuster said "steering" but he doesnt know what hes talking about!

so, i should have my car this week......
but thats what ive been saying for the last 4weeks.

I foresee Justn getting his slab back and then subsequently running over a median into a guard rail.

oops, sorry...I thought I looked for a new member introduction area, guess I didn't look hard enough. I saw other people posting their new cars in the general area and did the same.

You think you remember how to drive after so long?

When I was out of a car due to wrecks and then drove again I always felt like my car was a magnet for other objects for the first few days.

Glad your gettin it back.
