Well.. that's a loaded question.

Easiest way to get it back in your diet.. fried rice with fried pieces of spam in it.

Then fried slices of spam with rice and jufran or ketchup.

its surprisingly not as bad as it sounds on paper. get it nice and browned and crispy and its pretty good with some bacon and eggs
