For 100.00 comes with crush washers, which I can't find for the tl anywhere. Looks like they don't require one????

My wife drives an odyssey and a buddy wanted a couple. Our Honda Dealer closed here, nearest one is 110 miles away.

More upset that the PS resevoir got rubbed and leaked. I got the recall notice also but I might just order the parts and rebuild myself while I have belt off and everything drained.

Buying some more Honda PS fluid as well since I only have about half a bottle left.
I still have most of a full jug of Honda coolant also. I use that stuff in both Honda's my Ford and was using it in my motorcycle when I had one also.

Yeah so those domed decalz were the worst idea yet. They fell off the first time water ran off the hood.

Tried using 3m emblem glue and now they just look like ass. Gonna be a pain in the ass to remove them now and clean up glue. Only thing not making me furious is the bumper needs to be repainted anyway.

honda oil filters.. I hope they're $2 / ea.

Very strange the PS res came off.. you sure you didn't remove it to replace a mount or belt and forgot to replace it? That is quite common.

Amsoil or Honda PSF

If you do a full lock to lock drain, will take at least 3 bottles. If you're just replacing the res.. 1 bottle.

They worked out to be right at 3.40 each with washer. Dealer price is between 5 and 7.

Honda fluids only.

I had it all together because my windshield resevoir was being retarded after I put it back in from putting in my new headlight housings.

I am pretty anal about stuff when it comes to my car so pretty sure I didn't "forget" to put it back in its place. And I check stuff there on a basis because I have those DRL module wires and such in vicinity.

Just having a rough day I guess.

I go back to work for 14 days then have to drive this car to Florida for a wedding my 1st day off. Just kinda hoping I can get everything done.

Gonna start taking off the slave cylinder and remove the check-valve tonight. That way if I break that I have time to order another one lol.

Didn't have a dremel but a die grinder and carbide tip works wonders on aluminum.

However I did get to a point where I said "I see how this is gonna work" and before I could stop and put a rag over the ring it took off flying.

Gonna JB weld the cap on and wish for the best.

I will be most likely purchasing a new slave cylinder in case this one fails or leaks. Will be installing tonight and bleeding tomorrow to give it some set time.

Any of you have a spare slave cylinder LOL

So should I ditch the new sig, or keep it because of the fond memories and smile it brings to my face?
