[quote=CLtotheTL32;13567576]I thought about doing that but decided not to. I think only one member pulled the trigger on doing that; deathmetal.
I know someone that is getting these tails I think Dan swtiched it up and had the brake lights cleared, something about it being too dark maybe. I cant wait to get them, they are being made now

^^^ Alex,
I think byomes is gonna redesign the full tail light and not just paint the edges....
I actually like what Dan did with his tails....looks different and its a either love it or hate it....i started off on the hate boat, but it grew on me little by little...

ohh and BTW here is DM's tails....post is stolen from his progress thread: sorry for the OP
Happy Memorial Day, AZiners! I hope everyone made the best of the weekend, it was quite hot here, but with precious little rain that has left me with ample time to get to modding! So I managed to make some EXCELLENT progress this weekend, with the rear end nearly completed...AND the interior to boot. Just a few small odds and ends to wrap up before I move on to the front end.
So, I finally got the DVD player working, which meant it was time to button everything up...please excuse the messy car, I've been busy with work and modding (although I will bet only some 20% of you will even read this portion, haha)
So, here's a shot of the switchpanel....
A little closer up. Controls are as follows:
(1) Tailgater killswitch
(2) Floor lights
(3) DVD Video
(4) 3-Way audio swtich (Open, DVD, 3,5mm Jack)
And the whole kit-and-kaboodle
I also complete the rear end, FINALLY, so that's good to go as well...well, almost. I really want/need to go back and polish out the rear panel, I was hoping my 3M products arrived, but lo, no such luck.
Hopefully some more progress this week, and some more pics tonight after sun-down of the DVD player in action. Enjoy!

Great work on those sketches, man.
I love the fkn "E" that is reversed...but NOT reversed, if that makes sense at all.
I would love to see what I did to mine but with a white CF overlay on the bottom diffuser and the bezel WDP, like yours. BUT red brake light area and turn signal. I like the red on white.

LOL...ok, I can't lie, I was VERY intimidated by doing this mod myself...even gave up on it once, so when I accomplished it on Sunday, I was SUPER proud and wanted to post that ish from all the mountain tops. Sorry if I inundated AZ with those pics!
1) I thank people when they say something nice.
2) I don't ask people to say something nice, or say something nice about myself.
Like my Dad used to tell me, if you have to tell people how awesome you are, how true can it be. It should be apparent
Nothing personal with Chris, just like to get his goat a bit.
Thanks, man. I'm blushing, serious ish.
