Took delivery of a 2005 auto Navi in Jan/ 05. Outside temperature sensor went out for second time last week and on both occasions dealer (on advice from Acura tech) replaced Navi screen and fusebox. Anyone else have this happen?

No REAL solution has yet to be found. Dealers are trying several things. Some replace fuse boxes. Other replace navigation systems or other modules. It is a very intermittent problem and whenever the battery is disconnected from the car it resets itself. Of course dealers are disconnecting batteries to make the "repairs" and of course it seems to be fixed. Sometimes it will be several months between flatline occurances. Read the last post on the thread. He started the thread, had the flatline twice, no repair and hasn't happened again in over a year.

I'd be skeptical about any further suggested repairs on your car for this problem. Try the fuse method next time until they come up with a real solution. Works for most cars involved.
