2008 TL Type S, a few things I've had fixed

This forum helped me ID some issues, I wanted to follow up and post in the event this might help someone else.
- Memory seats not working - The memory seat buttons seem to go through the side mirrors. If something isn't working, they won't work. My passenger mirror wouldn't go up or down. I ordered a new motor for it, poped the mirror off, replaced the motor, now my memory seats work.
- Clicking noise from front axles - When going on and off load, I would hear a clicking noise. I brought it in and paid the dealer only $70 for diag time, and in doing that they greased some stuff, but I specifically asked them to pull the axle nut and retighten it to spec. Whatever they did, noise went away. I think just tightening the nut would have done it.
- 3rd gear synchro grind - This worried me the most. 3rd gear was notchy to shift into, and I ground it at least once every drive. I had to take my time and really jam it into gear. Before I did the GM Synchromesh, I figured I'd have the fluid changed. That did the trick. Fluid flush with Honda MTF and no more 3rd gear synchro issue. I think I was lucky. Car does only have 40k miles on it, could be a time thing on the fluid.

Things I need to get fixed
- Steering rack is leaking. Need new steering rack. I'm not attempting this in my driveway, theres so much that needs to come off
- AC can't keep up on really hot days. I'll have it recharged.
- Car seems to have sat a lot in its prior life / don't know how often oil changes were done. I think I need the oil pan dropped because the last oil change yielded some bits of stuff coming out. Since I'll have an independent guy do the steering rack, I'll have him drop the pan and inspect and clean it out. Hopefully its just a ton of carbon build up...

And thats it!

A simple ac service and recharge should be done. You'd be surprised how much gas escapes over the years. Sometimes the fill valve leacks slowly.
