My TL has around 75k miles on it and the service light just came on for the A13 service. From what I understand, this is an oil change, tire rotation, and ATF replacement.
I bought the car certified last year with around 64k and based on the work order I got with it, it looks like they changed the ATF right before I bought it. The work order says 'TRANS SERVIC PERFORM MINOR TRANS SERVICE' and credits 4 units of ATF.
Does this sound like the same thing? If so, does it need to be done again so soon? Am I going to run into warranty troubles if I decline?

You will not run into warranty problems although it wouldn't hurt to flush out the crap fluid that is in there.
