2007 TL-S for $23.5K???

I am considering a used TL-S and I came across this one on ebay. I does have higher than average miles (51k) but 23.5 seems a little too good. Supposedly it has a clear title but who knows. What do you guys think?

Man that is a lot of miles for a car that isnt even 2 years old yet. Whats your budget? I would say spend a little more and get a TL S but with not so many miles. That would kinda scare me I guess.

^^ 51k is a lot for 2 years but that would also mean they were mostly highway miles. I think 23k is a good deal.

^^Yeah you guys are right, not to mention that coincidentally this TL-S just went out of warranty. I wonder if it started having problems and the owner just said the heck with it. My current car - 05 TL only has 32k miles. So I am pretty much going to scratch this TL-S out.

get it checked out my a mechanic and if it all looks good, go for it. Those are mostly and probably highway miles and nothing is wrong with the car

that is a great price. but i'd check the vehicle history first. you can tell there is an obvious golf ball sized dent in the passenger door and the front bumper paint is fked up, looks like the owner might have fender bender'd someone or ran into something. other than that it is a great car for a low price.

it may have been in an accident but was not bad enough to be considered a salvage or rebuilt. dealers can get wrecked cars with clean titles then fix and consider them a "clean" title. under the warranty info it says "call for details" meaning it was probably fixed and acura knows about it so there is no remaining warranty....

I carfaxed it, it came back clean, no accidents, 1 owner. Looks like a good deal, lots of miles for an 07 though.

Hmm it appears it was too good of a deal to be true. I just carfaxed this one and it was in an accident on 7/16/2008

Look at the rear bumper....The paint is a mismatch and to have removed all the emblems is another sign. You need to keep the type-s badge at least. When a deal is too good to be true, it usually is!
