2006 Certified Price
I've been lurking here for a long time, and I'm finally ready to purchase a TL. I'm looking at a used certified 2006 TL (no navi) with 14,000 miles. I'm looking for ideas on what I should pay. I've done searches but only come up with what you guys paid for new 06's. According to Edmunds TMV this thing is still worth $30k, but you guys were paying less than that for an 06 NEW. Any thoughts? Thanks!

I bought my certified 06 TL w/ Navi (9k) last November for $29.5k. I'm sure you researched till your eyes bleed because I surely did. The dealer tag was $33.8k (outrageous) but after 4 hours back and forth I finally got the price I was willing to pay.
Sites like http://www.autotrader.com were good to show comps in the area as a bargaining chip. Fortunately, here in the SF bay area there are plenty of acura dealerships. I would target mid-$20k's w/o Navi now but that may depend on supply and demand.
Good luck!

Get the navi, you won't regret it!! Even if you never use it for directions, it makes it so much nicer to navigate through the audio menus, and I think that it makes the entire cabin look cleaner.

I got a '06 non-navi demo model with 5,000 miles in December. I paid $28,000 for it. Even though it's a demo, it still counts as new because I'm the first owner. i would imagine a certified should be a little lower now. For a navi with 14,000 I would think $27,000-$28,000 would be fair. Non-navi I would think you could get for $26,000-$26,500. Don't be afraid to leave the dealership. They want to unload the '06 models as soon as possible.

Anyway, I am considering one with a navi, it's just that the color I really like (silver) doesn't have it.
They have the Carbon Navi listed at 31k which I am considering. But they are going to have come WAY down from 31k!

I just picked up my 06 WDP 6MT w/Nav for $28,5k. The car had 43mi. on it so I was rather excited about that considered we're in 2007. I had a great experience at Pohanka Acura in Chantilly, VA. If you're in the area I highly recommend them.
