2005 aspec kit or 06?

2005 aspec kit or 06?
I've called my dealer they told me they r hosting a sell for aspec kit.
04-05 kit for 780 canadian
06 1200+ tax which is around 1400
However my TL is a 06 royal blue..... IF i get the 05 kit i will have to get the kit painted at a local shop which will cost around 400.
Should get the 05 and get it painted or should i spend more $$$ and get the painted one?
