2004 TL Navigation

My navigation won’t come out of the yellow wording disclaimer screen. I never actually get the blue “OK” button on the screen.

I have cleaned disc and also pulled DVD player from trunk and cleaned the glass laser reader. It just did the same thing.

Hoping someone else has had same issue and fixed without sending the player to alpine or going to pick n pull to hopefully get one that works.

any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
