For no apparent reason when I turn on the Nav system I now get a screen that indicates the the either the disc reader door is open or the disc is not in the reader. Checked door and it was closed and disc is in the reader. When I look at the diagnostic page for the Nav, everything is showing green.>> any ideas would be helpful

or have it refurbished.

 

Mine does that occasionally when it is cold but after a few minutes it is working fine. Bigger issue is when its hot the lower corners of the touchscreen won't respond so I can't hit the okay button and get past the lawyer screen. After it cools down, it works fine. So I'm in the same boat, looking for a refurbished unit.
