Hello I was wondering what you guys think is the better option for my first car. I really like 3rd gen TL’s and found two automatic ones nearby at local dealers. The first one is a 2004 Acura TL W/Navi with 117k miles, and new tires, new brake pads, new rotors, new Valve cover gasket, and an oil change done. The second option is a 2008 Acura TL W/Navi with 156k miles and has new tires, new timing belt, new AC compressor, and a newer battery/alternator. Both are priced at $6,000 and in pretty good shape other than some carpet stains and a cracked dash in the 2008 one, and some seat rips on both. I know the 2004 model is also known to start having transmission problems aswell and not sure when or if the timing belt has been replaced(assuming not because they didn’t put it in description with the other repairs they did).

The newer one will have more updates and changes that can be overlooked. I agree with Thoiboi
