yeah i shut it down at 80 from a dig and he was like 2 car lengths back, the roll i messed up on, i want to do it on the dead part of the feeder road though to see what the final outcome would be my car isnt stock though but it only has exhaust

sounds like a 98-02 V6. No TL-P will destroy any 03+ V6 accord.

It might sound a little better if you said no "STOCK" TL-P could destroy a STOCK 03+ Accord...

"No TL-P could destroy any 03+ accord" just shows ignorance and lack of knoledge on the subject, we have many TL-Ps that hang with a stock Type-S and I'm sure we have a few that can beat the type-s (one with a turbo and another with the 3.5 block come to mind)

It doesn't show ignorance because there is no TL-P that will destroy a 03+ AV6. Even if a TL-P had I/H/E it wouldn't destroy an AV6 but it sure might beat it by a couple cars. Even a 03 AV6 with I/E won't destroy a stock TL-P but it will beat it. Destroy is a different word than beat and it seems like you can't figure out the difference between the 2 words.

...and believe me its pretty rare to come across a SC or Turbo TL-P so obviously I wasn't referencing that.

"No TLP could destroy a 03 AV6." How could that be lack of knowlege.....just because you say that many TL-Ps hang with stock auto Type-s'. 03AV6's run 14.9-15.0@94MPH stock auto form. Stock Type s auto's run 14.8-14.9@95MPH. In my book those times are pretty much hanging with eachother not destroying. So if a modded TL-P can hang with a Type-S than it pretty much will be hanging with a 03+AV6.

becaus many many tl-ps have been modded to far out perform the type-s and the AV6.. For someone to say "NO Tl-p can destroy a stock AV6", is just stupidity .. If I throw a 75 shot of nos into a stock TL-P and line up against a 03AV6..... I will destroy the AV6.

From yourarguement, you are trying to say a TL-P with Nos, intake, headers, exhaust, pulleys, etc... wouldn't destroy a stock AV6!! It would just beat him? what kind of crack are you smoking?

destroy in a 0-100mph race=5+ cars. hanging=2 cars or less and sound victory=3-4 cars. lets use figures like this to determine what is condered hanging and destroying. you guys are just going back and forth bitchin' a tl-p stock car beat a stock 03 AV6 on a good day, it is possible because the AV6 isn't that much faster than the tl-p, so of course it could happen.

Yes, why, yes it does happen. My 05 AV6 is not as fast as my 02 TL-P and they're both stock.

Your making up your own arguement. A TL-P with NOS was never used in my statement. Try finding one on the street..........I haven't yet. So I will say again NO TL-P WILL DESTROY A 03 AV6. A TL-P with NOS will Destroy a AV6 and vise versa. That ones just for you.

There is something wrong with your accord then or you have one freak TL-P.
Try using premium fuel in your Accord because your not getting max performance if you use 87 octane.

The Accord is designed to run with 87 octane. While I make statements about my two cars, you continue to make blanket statements like no (not one) TL-P can destroy any 03+ Accord V6. I think you have a little too much bias towards your car - I had a SSM 03 Accord EX-V6 Automatic for 2 years and 27,000 miles and it was, by far, the most problematic Honda I have ever owned. I had audio system backlight failure, it would never start right, rotten egg smell that led the dealer to replace the catalytic converter, etc. On top of it all, it wasn't nearly as fast as you seem to think it is. Yet I decided to give the Accord another chance, which is why I bought the 05. It appears to have all the bugs worked out but it's still not as fast as people seem to think.
