hey tim,
I picked mine last night from the dealer, and i got the whole A-spec kit, and before that they were like you can get the tires and wheels for a grand total of $3600, and i was like forget that i am just going to get teh whole package instead. so wheels and tires are fairly expensive.

black/black 04 A-Spec 5AT w/Navi

$1500 is probably the cost of the the wheels with Yokohama ES-100. If you want to keep the stock rims. Buy the 18's from Ebay for $1K and add tires. Yokos will run you about $800 mounted and balanced.

I bought them off of ebay. The seller was actually an Acura dealer in California.

I was told dealer cost of the 18s w/ES 100s is $1428 (with the tires coming to the dealer through tirerack).

I should have mine in early April.

I was told the dealer's actual cost for the 18s and Yoko AVS ES 100s was $1428. That is independent of any trade in of the 17s.

I am not trading in my 17s. They are my snows and will be returned with the car at lease end.

I will be paying $928 for the 18s/Yokos, but that was part of the compensation for having my transmission replaced before delivery. (I have the option of another set of 17s with the HPTs for free, or $500 off cost for the 18s/Yokos.)
