in all certainty, I think 07 will have new front look, may be type-S, 09 will be a new card with SH AWD, but Acura always goes at its own pace, but i guess by not doing anything to 2006 TL and the responce to new BMW3 and the hot new Passat out, it might have shot itself in its foot, i won't be surprised if 05-06 sale numbers show a dip.

The Oct 3, 2005 AutoWeek says the TL will get a refreshening for 2007. (That is all it says so you don't have to go buy the magazine.) I would assume that means a total redesign in 2009.

The TL is based on the Accord platform, and will likely be changed a year after the Accord as ii did in 99 and 04.The Accords is in its 4th\year of probably a 5 year run, or 03, 04, 05, 06 and 07. A new Accord in 08 and TL in 09, consistent with its five year run 04-08.
