Any one know where I can find this info? My volt meter is not with me right now.

I basically want to know which wire is (+) for the low beams and parking lights, left and right.\\

standard battery voltage....14.4v when running, 12.8v when off

 

oops sorry you asked for which wire not how much voltage

 

it should be really easy to find, the low beam wire is the one going to the ballast, theres no mistaking it. and parking lights should be easy because its same color on both sides, the one with different colors would be turn signal
