07-08 TL-S Rear Mesh "Garnish"

So I came across a few threads stating that on the 07-08 TL-S, the mesh that sits on the rear bumper aka the "Garnish RR" run for about $7-10. I've been looking for this part (71504-SEP-A20ZA) and can't seem to find it for anything less then $35. Can anyone direct me to where I can purchase this for $7-10? Or is anyone selling this part at that price?
