Since fog light wiring generally isn't as thick as the headlights, I generally prefer to run the relay harness there for sure.

Our relay harness has a single input trigger, a power terminal, two outputs, and two ground terminals. Super simple to set up.

On the morimoto bulbs there the 2 single plugs that going into the ballast and than theres another connector that doesnt get used on each. but the bulbs worked fine. Atm i have those 2 unused and the oem car input not used on the passenger side. Because the relay is in the drivers. The extra plugs on the bulbs dont even connect to the bulb so idk what there for.

Also the bulbs seem to go in only upside down but the ground pattern looks perfect.Name: image_zps4ffde97b.jpg

I know those 2 connectors that you are speaking of. They are included with the bulbs and are often not needed depending on the car.

They are 2 un-used (for us Honda/Acuras anyways) connectors on each bulb..

It's more like a extension adapter.

You may need to use them on only 1 side on Toyotas but for most Hondas they are not needed at all and I usually just cut the rubber piece and remove the connectors.

I believe on a friends Chrysler I had to use 1 or both sides.

Check out the install guide for the bulbs, which explains what those wires are: http://www.theretrofitsource.com/diy...ulb-guide.html.
