My driver side door is rusting up and I found somebody selling a 07 door

I have a 2006 WDP
the "new" door is 2007 White

- wondering if it will fit without modification? (all the wires and harnesses fit? my old non-turn-signal mirrors will fit?)
- are the whites the same between years?
