NAY. Way too expensive. You should be able to get that car for around $17500 in my opinion. I got my 06 back in March with everything included there with the NAVI and 62K miles for 14500. Got it off a chevy dealership so they couldn't make it certified used car.
The OEM nav system in the TL is outdated. You are better off with a portable nav system with more features and much better routing. My buddy has an 07 tls with nav and he still uses his Garmin because the OEM system lacks a decent amount of POI's. The low resolution on the OEM system also looks a little dated to me. There has been a huge improvement in technology since the OEM system was developed in 2003, so I would not make that nav system get in the way of finding a clean 06 TL. Good luck finding "the one".
Directions leave a lot to be desired, even with the new disc, but the TL nav system is much more than just a plain GPS.
How much are the fees and taxes as that would give us a better idea of the price of the car?

Those are very similar specs of my 06 when I purchased it a year ago for $19k after fees and taxes. So I say no unless you can negotiate to at least $18.5k out the door. Blue is one of my favorite colors. Good Luck!

well i think is is reasonable due to the fact it comes with a-spec kit, a-spec rim and carbon fiber interior (i am assuming carbon fiber steering wheel, center, and rear). All those mod will cost you additional 2g for parts (minimum) plus labor. only down side is like everyone stated, it has no navi
Nope.
Nav though outdated adds a lot of value/functionality to the car. I also use an external Garmin since it receives traffic info. Occasionally i'd still use the TL's. Without nav the dash also looks empty.
