OK my lease on the FX35 is up in 3 weeks and I need to purchase a new TL, ASAP. I've looked over both the '07 and '06 model and can't justified spending the extra $$$ on the '07....

Do u guys know of any place in LA/OC that still have a few '06 TL on the lot?

 

try Keyes Van Nuys, they have a huge inventory might still have it.

they gave me horrible sales experience, but if you want an 06 for the best price, then you just hafta suck it up and buy it from them.

 

I agree with jimmy on the comment about Keys Acura (I had a bad expierence there myself) however they have a large inventory... Also check out Valencia Acura they had a few 06's still around when I was there last.

 

Have to agree with Jimmyl729 and Spryster. The worest experience over there so I went to another dealer. They think since they have one of the largest inventory's in cal they can treat peoples like crap. They treated me like I was a moron and insane asking for 32K for a Navi w/options. Its not my problem what im asking so I just took my bussiness else where and got it there. Just go there and take no bull. Smack them with a rolled up news paper in the face everytime they feed you some bull about selling you the car.

Side note: I thought it was odd how they didnt want to sell me a trunk tray. comeon! im giving you money for your product.... sell it too me! but no. They would not sell me a trunk tray and proceded to convince me how i dont need one. First time ever i ran into a sales person refusing to sell me something in my life. This is just one of the reasons why i left there.

 

try emailing the internet sales manager for a quote off of the website for santa monica acura. i think they had maybe 3 recently.

 

Do not go to Valencia Acura ! They are the most dishonest. They tried to tell me that the 3.9% - 4.9% was only on lease vehicles and they tried to sell me a vehicle that had 802 miles on it, in which they still called it a "new vehicle". Do not go to this dealer unless you want to get screwed!

 

Thnx for the heads up guys...will email the fleet manager at Keyes tomorrow and see what kind of response I will get... Hopefully, I won't run in2 any problems as I won't be doing any financing on the car...

 

If you want to be treated in a respectful manner and not feel like your intelect is being questioned, then go to Santa Monica Acura. They are honest and do not play games. I bough my 2006 TL from them. My mom bought her 2004 TL from them initially. Two years later I followed and bought the 06. Very pleasant outfit to deal with.

 

if you want the best call universal cars 877-344-cars. do it over the phone since you know what you want and see what you can do. tell them sos auto sent you

Santa Monica Acura and some other dealers have their inventories accesible through their websites, so you can browse the model, year, major equipment version (Navi or no Navi, TL-S or base), transmission type and color. Santa Monica Acura actually has the VIN of each car listed too. I don't remember if Cerritos, Metro, Valencia, Sierra or Thomas Acura have VINs with full inventory list. Web browsing to locate '06 TLs should cut down on unnecessary pre-purchase BS.
