'05 TL Trans

so my TL died at 130k

would u suggest a rebuilt trans or a good used one ?

depends which one is less expensive.
try to get one from an '06.

06 is a little better than 04-05, since 04-05 trany still lingering with the issue in the previous generation.

It would depend on the shop and the rebuild kit. Some rebuild kits correct some of the tranny issues from the factory.

Did you change the switch pressure? What kind of transmission fluid were you using? How often do you change the fluid?
