05 TL and 06 TL are they different in hp?

05 TL and 06 TL are they different in hp?
I've looked in www.edmunds.com and www.cars.com, under specifications category where 06 TL was listed at 258hp, and 05 TL is at 270hp. Why would they be different? Is it cuz it's an auto vs manual?
