Hey whats up guys... i had my share of sports cars first back in 2003 i had a daytona blue 350z for about 2 years. It was such a fun car, the styling and power was def. there. I actually got tired of all the rattles coming from the tranny and clutch and it use to make weird noises. The 2 seater thing got to me after a while and i decided to trade it in for a 2005 wrx sti. Well, as im sure everyone would say the Sti is a beast!. I have a full turboback exhaust ,its sitting on tanabe gf 210 springs, carbon fiber front lip and hood scoop. Well, after almost a year of owning it, the terrible ride is really REALLY getting to me. No, it doesnt make weird noises from the tranny or clutch or the engine but OMG the dash rattles like crazy!. Im starting to get tired of the race boy look also. I love turbo charged cars and boost but im leaning toward luxery but i also want performance, thats were the tl comes in mind, i love the style of the 04's and up. Im really into the import scene and plan on modding the car with a few goodies. Im located in North Jersey and plan on looking around for a low mileage nomore than 20 k miles acura tl in grey black or that midnight blue ( i think its called lol).......i would love to find one with the a spec lip kit on it, but point is im most likely looking foward on owning a tl really soon.....just wanted to say whats up to everyone and plan on bein part of this site for a very long time.......thanx

so the rattles really bother you? make sure you drive whatever TL you are looking at a lot to really get a feel for the car. i guess im lucky and only have rattles coming from the center console, but some members seem to have them all over the car

Rattle bugs me a lot and some TL have plenty of them. TL might not be a good car if you expect no rattles.

I have fixed all my rattles and other than that the car has been perfect!

I would recommend looking at the IS300 as well... those are very easy to mod.

i have no rattles, unless i put a full drink in the cup holder and start driving...

i dont think there is anything worse than gonig through an ok street that has maybe a crack here and there with a little pothole, driving over it and feel like the car is going to fall apart...thats how it feels like everything shakes rattles all over the place....i want something that rides pretty smooth.....
