I just order some foglight off ebay. I need wire help.

Dont know where to connect the green and blue wires to.

This is from the Accord fog light kit?

If so ... do you plan on keeping stock foglights in the headlight ... or eliminating them and just having the bumper fogs?

I personally eliminated the headlight fogs .... doing so, I cliped off the factory connectors at the headlights, spliced the black & blue/yellow stripe fog wires with the red & black wires from the fog light kit, and went directly into the accord fogs with the connectors provided.

All the other wiring you discard, including the relays and such, as the car already has all this in place forhte factory headlight fogs!


This scenario .... you control the bumper fog lights with the factory fog switch on the stalk.

I plan on making the headlight fogs daytime running lights.

Oh it's all done ... took like 3 hours to complete from start to finish for cutting/dremmeling & wiring.

Looks great and works like a charm.

i was just ognna say u gotta rework the harness....thats what ive done for numerous people. but the diy works too

 

Could you take the ground wire from the fog lights and tap it into the factory fog lights, so they would turn on at the same time?
