I currently am the proud owner of a 2001 Audi S4. However, I have the opportunity to pick up a '04 A-Spec for around $23,000.

How much is it really worth, and does the price compare to a non A-Spec model?

Is it truly FULL A-spec or just the body kit?

Then that is a steal of a price. Buy it ASAP! Way below blue book and way below any price I heard around here. I'm jealous. I bought my 04 full aspec w/navi, 17,500 miles, 6 months ago for 27,500 and thought I got a hell of a deal

I tried to book it out on KBB and it didn't give me a higher value for it having the a spec kit. Not quite sure if I did something wrong or what.

Do you think I will be happy with it coming from an S4? My car is pretty quick and certainly feels stronger and much torquier? than the TL.

Well the TL isn't known for having alot of torque. But with the $ your saving on the TL you can easily buy the pro-cat headers to add 18-20lbs of torque. I say with $2000 invested in mods you will be really impressed with what the car can do. I'm starting a part time job just to save up for pro-cats and a few other items.

Is your S4 stock? If so, the only thing you'll miss is probably the WOOOSH of the turbo. (Well,...and the AWD come winter time.) As for the horsepower and torque, you might miss is, but the TL is more than adaqaute. And, as mentioned above, if you mod it with the headers, intake, superchager, etc, it'll definitely meet, and surpass expectations.

The only S4 i've ever ridden in, is my friend's 2000 Stage 3 Turbo S4, and DAMN was that thing FAST

Would you guys be able to point me in the right direction as far as good quality performance mods go.

I haven't looked real hard, but from what I have found I haven't been impressed.

Also, what is this talk about a supercharger. I didn't know they offered one for the TL.
