04 s. cali pricing, should i take it?

I think you made a mistake in your calculations. The MSRP for Navi models is $35195, NOT $34195. If you are in fact getting this car for $32795 then that is a really good price, especially considering that most California dealers don't budge much off MSRP.

u r right, i just called the dealer and she said it was 35195, and apologized for telling me it was 34195, so that makes it 33795 which isn't much of a hot deal anymore.

I got mine for $1000 off MSRP for a 6MT NAVI.
If you have Just recently walked in off the street, and its a 5AT, you should be able to get a good price on an 04. They might be more willing to deal in a couple weeks, but then your selection of 04 NAVIs will be more limited.

Got mine almost 2 months ago for $34,695. I think what you quoted is a really good price for SoCal. Then again, I'm a horrible negotiator. H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E! But I also had to wait and everyone was quoting from 4-10 weeks wait! But I was able to secure one that was coming in from factory in less than 2 weeks.I didn't even get any of those extras thrown in. But I did get a pretty good trade-in for my old A4. Good luck

I have checked quite a few SoCal dealerships and 34K+ has been the going rate. I was thinking that with the 2005's right around the conner they would be moving a lot closer to invoice, but that hasnt been the case. I think a target price of 33.5K (Including destination) is a reachable number, but you would hard press to get better unless you went out of state. That might change once the 05's hit the dealership - but 2004 stock options will probably be a lot more limited.
As for the 2005's - other posters are thinking there will probably be about a $500.00+ MSRP markup. Again SoCal dealers are not expected to deal much on the new 05's after the release.
