I do not know that I agree with this statement. I do not have the numbers, but the 6MT coupe handles well for what it is... That is also how I would rate the TL's handling.

Anyone have the R&T slalom numbers? The leather is decent, too. The car lacks xenon, though.

The Accord's leather seems a little different from TL....as though it's more for durability than suppleness. Given the "mission" of both cars, that would make sense and is not a bad thing.

Slalom #s I dont know but skidpad#s are:
Accord V6 6MT - .82
Acura TL A-Spec - .89
Acura TL (5AT) - .81
Acura CL Type S - .86
* Car and Driver magazine

However, skidpad numbers seldom reveal real world handling prowess.

Nah, the leather in the accord is very nice. Heated power seats with I don't know how many adjustments. The ride is very smooth and quiet and it still handles pretty well.

Are you sure it's that low?

My 240hp Pontiac GTP has been dynoed at 197hp to the front wheels bone-stock.
My 280hp G35 Coupe has been dynoed at 235hp to the rear wheels bone stock.

I never dynoed my wife's TL, but when I was looking at getting a 3G TL for myself, I remember someone posting a dyno run on a stock TL, that put out 225 hp to the front wheels or something like that.

I think the Accord Coupe is ok looking, but I think the sedan is hideous. I don't care how cheap the Accord is, I'd rather have the TL.
