Does anyone know if you can get the hardware/install kit for a 04-06 ASPEC front lip? Or what I would need and I can custom make my own.

 

The hardware kit has long discontinued, unless you can get from private seller you can't buy at the dealer. Alternatively you can go to Home Depo and get some aluminum 1/4 inch wide bar and make it works by drilling holes thru it.
