Hey guys,

I already did a forum search for this but I only found the DIY for the Type S taillight install.

I'm wondering if the install for putting the '07-08 tail lights on the 04-06 is the same; and specifically if you need to change the light bulbs since the 07-08 taillights are clear.

U don't need anything else it is plug and play

 

It's the same as doing the Type-S tails. Just swap the LED boards and the gaskets and you're good to go.

 

Direct swap... like changing a light bulb.
