Out of morbid curiosity and utter boredom, how does this relate to the 3rd gen TL?

. I don't understand why the police did not write down what happened, perhaps he didn't know what to write. At least he could have wrote down it was the trucker's fault. Post some pictures (if you can) and keep trying to fight it, I'm sure justice will be served.
