Courtesy call

I received a courtesy call from a manager from my dealership asking if my transaction went well and I told her everything went well except that my car was a bit dirty...when I checked next morning....I couldn't tell in the dark from previous night...so then she told me that i can call her up within the next few days to so they can detail my car....is this normal? ..do they normally charge to get it detailed from dealership...cause I know getting it at a carwash is like ...a 100-150 bucks..

I doubt it's any serious detailing....probably wash, wax, and vacuum....but who knows!

No one but me washes my car

I agree with the above...I wouldn't trust the dealer one bit. Their wash jobs suck, the people doing the work don't care, and usually are not properly trained. I wouldn't let them do it.
