I need to get this done too. In sports mode whenever I brake my rpm's surge making the car lurch forward and then backwards. Maybe I'll just get some Royal Purple max ATF and do it myself.

"A software update is available to prevent the transmission fluid from deteriorating prematurely. Make sure the DCT-TMU software is up to date. If it is not, update it."
I would love to see the code changes that make the oil last longer. Smoothing out the shifts might help a bit, but it's a stretch.

We bought our RLX used. It started to have tough shifts and the grinding/rubbing/ratcheting noises. We still had a little bit of the original warranty left. Printed out the TSB and took it in. He pointed out the TSB for that issue was good until 80000 miles. They did the TSB problem solved, covered by warranty and no hassle or issues with the dealer at all.

I had a similar problem with my low mileage RLX 2019. Only 15,000 km. Making a buzzing or brrrrp sound at low gear say 1400 rpm. If you were cruising down a residential street or starting from a stop sign you would hear this for a couple seconds. Transmission felt strange and under powered. Took it to my dealer and they did the following. Cleared some computer codes on the transmission and reset a series of codes. That helped for a few days but the issue returned. Dealer then contacted Acura support who said there is a known problem and suggested they triple flush the automatic transmission fluid 3 times. That solved it. Been a few weeks and the car is better than new
