I had a slight door noise that was just loud enough for me to be able to hear. I finally tracked it down to the tweeter dome cover - it was loose. I could touch it and feel it move a bit in the housing and the noise stopped when touched. The dealer fixed and said the screws were loose on both front door tweeters covers.
