I'm interested in upgrading my front brakes (312 mm rotors) to the Hybrid front brakes (330 mm rotors). Has anyone done this?

If so, are the calipers the same and just the caliper mounting bracket is different?

i'm sure with the similarities between the P-AWS and SH-AWD, these parts are compatible. Worst-case scenario, just need to swap out the knuckle for the caliper mount. I was tempted to swap the brake out with the upcoming Brembo brake from the TLX type S. Back in the days, I've managed to change the Brembo Brakes onto my previous TL from TL type S by changing the whole knuckle setup. The knuckle + pressed in bearing is not that expansive if need to swap out.
