2015 RLX Technology Package Krell Audio

I have two questions, 1) Is there a way to suppress/delete the irritating message that pops up to tell the driver that they must drive safely and obey all laws or some crap? I went through all the settings and though I deleted everything, but this one persists. Ugh...

2) With the two different key fobs, it knows driver 1 and driver 2. Is there a way to customize the driver names such that the message would say "Welcome Jim" as opposed to its current "Welcome Driver 1".

Oh, the horror! Oh, well.. I guess it's a small price to pay for a cool car. Thanks for answering.
