Entertainment system version

Wondering what is your entertainment system version.
Mine are:
Nav database USA/Canada/Mexico Ver. ST001.00.02
Software version 1.01.2214

Sometimes, when I have a route programmed in the SatNav, and look around (move joystick up / down looking for some landmarks or streets), then I return back to the programmed route, it freezes the SatNav screen it won't move when I continue driving.

Wondering if there is a newer software rev that may address this.

Hi. My car has the same exact version 1.01.2214 and I have played with nearly all the features and functionally testing nearly every possible option along with acuralink and I have not seen mine freeze like you describe. Only issue I have is with the phone integration. When a call comes in and I have the radio on low the audio comes back on after I hang up my call. Seems odd but maybe there is a setting for volume.

Are you using the back button next to the joystick or just clicking the joystick the get the route menu back. You may want to try it with pushing the joystick.

Probably the back button...i need to try just dealing with the joystick to see if it works. Thanks!

Very annoying...yesterday, I entered an address, started driving, the Navi voice was not saying anything, it was lowering the audio volume when normally it would tell you where to go next, but the lady was not talking to me...I guess I pissed her off. Very annoying I drove 2 hours and no voice directions, I had to keep looking at the map. On the way back, no problems.

the navigation voice volume is controlled under "system settings". next time it doesn't talk to you, make sure the volume isn't set at 0 under the system settings.

This is true, but he said on the way home there were no problems hearing the navigation voice instructions

right...i forgot to mention that I had also checked the volume and it was not at 0...
I took the car for the rattle and the aircon tsb, they could not replicate the Navi problem. It is one of those gremlins.
