2015 RLX - Advance w/Krell: ANC (active noise cancellation) Question

Hi Guys,

I need some help finding the ANC in the 2015 RLX. I have upgraded my speakers, sub and amps and need to disable the ANC so that i can run the sub without feedback. I know ANC can be disabled manually by disconnecting the mics, however, you loose your hands free functionally by doing this. Any help you can provided will be appreciated. Thanks!

Check the TLX site - some owners have doen that on their cars. It may give you an idea where to start. I believe it is maybe in the diagnostic mode on the upper screen but can't tell you how to get to it.

Hold NAV-BACK-MENU simultaneously, and you will enter the diagnostics menu. After that hold pressed the "Settings" button until you enter the much more detail diagnostics setting mode. There you will find a setting to turn the ANC on or off. The bad thing is that it will reset to "On" every time you restart the car.
I am sorry i don't know where the actually hardware ANC module is.....

Correction to my previous post: hold pressed the "Menu" button, not the "settings" button until it enters the more detailed diagnostics settings. The ANC setting is on page 3. I apologize for the mistake.
